Most of the instruction for Dillon Kite Sports takes place at Huguenot Memorial Park. This is one of the best places on the east coast to learn kiteboarding. It has very forgiving surroundings with acres of soft sandy beaches, warm shallow water, and breezy wind conditions throughout most of the year.
